Absolutely. We work closely with all of our customers to ensure we answer all questions and fully brief all teams - usually done via video calls. We then ensure all management teams have direct communication with our team so that we can answer any future queries directly.
No. SpaceBands never holds any personal information of its users. On each band there is a unique device number which is assigned to each person. Employees find comfort in not having their personal information stored.
We endeavour to ship all orders within 48 hours on a next-day tracked service. We use the UK's number 1 courier service and each customer receives their unique tracking link as soon as the order is dispatched.
All data is held locally and not on the cloud to eliminate any risk of a privacy breach. Only you will have access to your contact tracing reports through the app on your device.

Absolutely. SpaceBands use Bluetooth and are CE certified - meaning they conform to health, safety, and environmental protection standards for products sold within the European Economic Area.
The SpaceBands app allows users to access each band's contact tracing history. Here, you can see which bands came into contact and when, as well as the duration of time the bands came together. This will help you to track who has come into contact should there be an outbreak of the COVID-19 virus. This report can be exported as a CSV file in the click of a button.
No. SpaceBands work by themselves and do not need to be connected to a mobile phone to work.
No. SpaceBands only use bluetooth and do not have tracking capability through GPS. It is important to us that we find the balance of making staff feel safer at work without being too invasive.
Yes. You can group SpaceBands together on the app in 'bubbles' to make contact tracing more manageable. By grouping certain devices together, devices will only alert and trace when they are in contact with devices from outside of their designated bubble. Groups can contain an unlimited number of users.
Your admin team can set a password lock for each device to ensure only they can edit settings and access contact tracing reports.
SpaceBands have the longest battery life on the market, lasting up to 10 days on a single charge. A device is fully charged in under 2 hours.
As SpaceBands use bluetooth, this should not interfere with pacemakers. As with any other bluetooth device, it is recommended that your pacemaker is kept at least 6 inches apart from your SpaceBands device.
Yes. The SpaceBands app allows users to adjust the settings of their devices so that they are always relevant and up to date with new guidelines. We always listen to our customers requirements and can improve our product's firmware accordingly.
